Dual-system installation combining electric continuously hinged SIGMA 'E' panels on #8B track with manual SIGMA 'E' individual panels in a school-specified alternating checkerboard fabric finish. Multipurpose commons and stage space. Architect: Integrus Architecture.
Advanced Equipment Corporation provided and installed a dual-system operable partition solution at Sartori Elementary School in Renton, Washington. The 1,445 SF installation serves the school's multipurpose commons, enabling staff to seamlessly divide or open the space between the main commons floor and the proscenium stage for assemblies, performances, and physical education. The manual system features SIGMA 'E' individual panels on a #2 track in standard fabric finish, while the electric system uses SIGMA 'E' continuously hinged panels on an #8B track with a plastic laminate finish creating a bold graphic checkerboard pattern. The project was designed by Integrus Architecture and built by Forma Construction. Advanced Equipment managed full system design, manufacturing, and installation for both the manual and electric runs.
