2,201 SF manual GAMMA 'O' paired panel system on #2 track with full-height marker board finish. Arch: HMC Architects. GC: S C Anderson Inc. Completed 2022.
Operable Panel Partitions, manufactured and installed by Advanced Equipment Corporation for Del Oro High School in Loomis, California. The defining feature of this installation is the full-height marker board finish applied to the GAMMA 'O' panels — transforming every panel face into a usable writing surface. Students can write directly on the partition walls during group work, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, making the walls a functional part of the learning environment rather than just a divider. Designed by HMC Architects and constructed by S C Anderson Inc., the project reflects Del Oro's commitment to flexible, activity-based learning environments where space and furnishings actively support student collaboration.
