Advanced Equipment Corporation installed a bi-fold operable partition-system at Temple Israel in Long Beach, California. The installation combines electric continuously hinged SIGMA 'C' panels on #1 track, this project also includes manual paired systems with SIGMA 'C' panels, both featuring custom wood veneer finish and concealed SOSS hinges for pocket doors. Custom wood veneer finish matched the temple's existing architectural woodwork. The dual-system approach provides both automated convenience for large events and manual flexibility for smaller gatherings. The concealed SOSS hinges on the pocket doors maintain clean sight lines when the partitions are stored, preserving the sanctuary's aesthetic integrity.
